We loved our stay at the Perla and based on the price it was excellent value. Stayed 9 nights and it was spot on time wise. Pool is great and we loved option of alternating pool and beach time. Easy access by bus into Naxos town. Supermarket a stones throw away and close to local plenty of waterfront restaurants.
Perla hotel has it all! Best cleaning including fresh towels every day, fresh and spacious rooms including pentry, close to the beach, pool, breakfast (for those wishing), right across the street, a bigger market, many restaurants and bakery, dry, bus stop (Chora 6 km) and above all it's family-like. In addition, there is a very good walking route around Prokopio Mountain and or by the beach: Agios Prokopios, Agia Anna, Maragas, Plaka right to Mikra Vigia, a beautiful morning walk.
We stayed in one of the large rooms with a terrace facing the beach. The hotel is quite new and very clean, the staff was friendly, the swimming pool is lovely and actually large and deep enough to really swim, and it's only a short walk from the beach and the shops. There is a refrigerator and a kitchenette, with silverware and dishes, and the local supermarket is directly across the street, so self-catering would be very simple.
